Shipping:
We normally ship orders within 24 hours of receipt on regular business days, Monday through Friday.
Returns:
Contact us immediately if our product does not meet your expectations. Please include your comment regarding what it is that has not satisfied you. We will adjust your program at no charge so e-mail us and return your product within 30 days for full credit towards your new program.
Damaged shipments:
First E-mail us so we can determine the most appropriate solution. We will gladly replace product that has been damaged.
